MetroWash – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by MetroWash LLC (“MetroWash,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By booking an appointment, the client (“you,” “your”) agrees to the following:

1. Service Area
MetroWash provides mobile detailing within 50 miles of ZIP code 19135 (Philadelphia, PA). Jobs outside this area require prior approval and may include a travel surcharge.

2. Access & Service Requirements
To complete your service efficiently and safely, you agree to provide:
• A safe, legal location to perform detailing (driveway, private lot, or permitted street parking).
• Adequate space around the vehicle.
• Permission from the property owner if applicable.
• Your vehicle keys (for interior services).
If the technician arrives and cannot safely access or work on the vehicle, the appointment may be cancelled and a $40 trip fee may apply.

3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
MetroWash is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects, peeling, oxidation, or clear-coat failure.
• Damage to aftermarket parts or accessories that are loose, aged, or improperly installed.
• Items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables prior to service.
Technicians may document the vehicle’s condition with photos before and after service for quality and liability protection.

4. Stains, Odors & Pet Hair
We strive for the highest quality results; however, some stains, odors, and pet hair cannot be completely removed due to material saturation, age, or damage. We will always communicate realistic expectations before beginning work.

5. Water, Power & Weather
Our team carries its own water and power unless otherwise arranged. Appointments may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather (heavy rain, lightning, extreme cold, or similar conditions). We will notify you as early as possible.

6. Pricing
Prices are listed on our website and/or social channels and may vary based on:
• Vehicle size.
• Vehicle condition (excess dirt, heavy pet hair, biohazards, etc.).
• Add-on services or specialty requests.
Extra-dirty or specialty-condition vehicles may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed before work begins.

7. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless arranged otherwise. Accepted forms may include cash, card, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or invoice payment (where available).
A late payment fee may apply for invoices not paid within 24 hours.

8. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
To respect our technicians’ time:
• More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: $25 cancellation fee.
• No-show / unreachable for 15 minutes on arrival: $40 trip fee.
Frequent cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no charge.
This guarantee does not apply to:
• Stains or defects deemed permanent.
• Issues caused after the vehicle has been driven or exposed to new conditions.
• Work performed on heavily damaged materials where expectations were adjusted in advance.

10. Liability
MetroWash carries insurance and operates with care. We are not liable for:
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service.
• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or hidden defects.
• Loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.
If MetroWash is found at fault, our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

11. Photos & Marketing
You grant MetroWash permission to take before/after photos of your vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes. License plates and personal items will not be shown.
If you prefer no photos, please inform us before service begins.

12. Appointment Windows
Arrival times include a 2-hour window due to traffic, prior job overruns, and mobile-service conditions. If running late, MetroWash will communicate promptly.

13. Biohazard & Hazardous Conditions
MetroWash does service biohazard conditions, including bodily fluids, mold, or hazardous contamination. These conditions require specialized procedures and a $175 biohazard fee will be added to the service price.
If a vehicle contains severe contamination beyond what can be safely addressed on-site, MetroWash may refuse or stop service and apply a trip fee.

14. Fleet & Commercial Accounts
Fleet and commercial clients may have separate agreements for pricing, frequency, priority scheduling, and payment terms. These Terms apply unless superseded in writing by a signed agreement.

15. Changes to Terms
MetroWash may update these Terms at any time. The latest version posted on our website will apply to all future bookings.
